ABOUT
Welcome to
Honored Self
Yoga and Meditation!
Honored Self Yoga and Meditation offers Svaroopa® Yoga, and Svaroopa® Vidya Meditation tools and techniques.
Sanskrit is the language of yoga. Svaroopa is a Sanskrit word pronounced 'swa-roopa.' Svaroopa mean bliss of your own being. Vidya is pronounced like it looks: 'vid-ya.' Vidya means knowing from your experience.
Svaroopa® yoga classes are focused on releasing tension, so your body and mind gets stronger, more peaceful and healthier. You learn to strengthen and use your arms, legs, and abs so your spine can be free from tension and blockages. When your spine is free, your life improves. More than that, you begin to shine outside and inside.
